An incorrigible underwear thief has been arrested in Japan for thieving a staggering 730 bras and panties from different laundromats.
Tetsuo Urata, 56, was arrested last 7 days just after police found the enormous stash of woman underwear in his condominium in the southern Japanese metropolis of Beppu, in accordance to community outlet Abema Television set.
